I made this card for my nieces 18th birthday later this week - she is already a sophisticated young lady, so hope she likes this hot pink and black card!

I just love these cute little owls on a paper stack free with a magazine - especially the brown and blue colour scheme. I coloured the flower with a blue promarker to match and finished it off with 3 card candy buttons in the corner. I won these in a magazine competition and they have been soooo useful, just adding a bit of embellishment here and there!
Thanks so much to Kay at the Daisy Chain for this super award! Kay makes some fab cards and we have swapped a few times through the Craftrak website. Her cards always have a sense of style about them - just like this chap!
This cute stamp of Mackenzie by Sugar Nellie was a free gift when I subscribed to Craft Stamper Magazine and I love her! She is carrying a basket of apples and looks so sweet.
Just made a few more cards to exchange at the Craftrak website, I've just sent my first overseas card to Portugal and I've had some fab cards in exchange! I love the surprise element of not knowing what you will get in return and its great to see cards that you make get passed on to lots of different people - one of mine has now travelled around to 7 different places!!

I've had this flower shaped cuttlebug die for ages without using it - so thought it was about time I dusted it off and made a pot of yellow, orange and red spring flowers finished off with a bit of glitter in the middle!

Yes, its that Jayne Netley Mayhew stamp of a wren again. This must be the 6th or 7th card I have made with it and this time I've teamed it up with the free Kate Knight papers from Cardmaking & Papercraft Magazine which match the blackberries so well! I'm still getting to grips with the new designs on the docraft website, most things seem to take longer to do but there are more choices and flexibility on postings and searchings. If you have the time I recommend you hop over to the Cats Whiskers blog to look at the Just Magnolia Challenge - I love that bute little frog!
I think this vintage digi image of 2 small girls from Digital Two for Tuesday is just soo cute! I've coloured them with promarker pens and edged with distressing inks and finally layed against a piece of textured gold paper for a sweet atc.
I made this for a friend who is due to have her baby soon, I thought the elephant digi image was so sweet and coloured it with promarkers. I haven't done much crafting today as I visited my grandmother and did her shopping and then went for a 5 mile walk. I'm going to do a 8 mile midnight walk for my local hospice soon and need to get fitter!
These are just 3 of the stamps from the set - there are another 3 that I haven't had a chance to use yet!
Youngest daughter is off on a holiday with her grandma this weekend so I think I will use the time for a crafting session to play with the rest of the stamps.
I was pleased to see a card of mine featured in the readers gallery of Aprils Making Cards Magazine - as usual the family were a bit underwhelmed by it, but I loved seeing my name in print! Anyway this card was made with the free papers from that magazine and I thought I would give to my Dad for his birthday. I'm sure there is an old photo of him in a similar pose next to one of his cars somewhere!
