A Sprinkling of Fairie Dust

Yes, I couldn't wait to make more cards with the lush pack of goodies I won yesterday

I love the sweet vintage look to the collection

OMG Fairie Dust - Lucky Me!

I had an unexpected parcel from USA delivered today - a whole selection of the Fairie Dust Collection from Graphic 45!!! There are pads of papers, toppers, tags, embellishment etc - all papers and toppers are double sided too.

I was one of 4 lucky winners of the set (worth £50) from January's issue of Cardmaking & Papercraft Magazine.
The snowy weather outside was a good excuse to nip into the craft room and russell up these pretty cards!

More Roses!

These big cabbage roses have been made using the Altenew layered dies that were free with issue 174 of Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine.

They look great with 3 different shades of card to give them a real feeling of depth and texture!

Our boiler went wrong last weekend and we had no heat for 2 days, It cost £250 to fix, but was well worth it. With the Beast from East cold snap on the way, I am hoping to stay in, keep warm and craft!

Still using up old stash!

I've re-discovered for the second time a pad of glittered toppers from the 'Forget Me Not' range by Docrafts. I bought these back in December 2015, used a couple and then forgot about them

I then found it again in March 2017, made a couple more cards and put it aside again ( see this previous post!)

So I have made these three cards, and yes, will forget about it for a few more months!

New Inspiration from Creative Stamping Mag

The latest edition of Creating Stamping Magazine has some fab free stamps this month. I rushed into the craft room and wanted to play with them all!

I have several friends birthdays coming up soon and thought they would love these stylish ladies
I tried them out in different colour ways

I think I will get a lot of use from this 'Hello Gorgous' set
