I know we can't help hording crafting stuff, hoping it will become useful one day!
I came across these die cut flowers lurking at the bottom of a box. They were cut out of scrap paper, when I first bought my Cuttlebug. I remember that this die came free with it. Can't remember exactly when that was, but it was probably 2008 or 2009 - so these bits have been waiting around for a least 6 years - will I every use them up???
What is your oldest piece of crafting stash?
I wouldn't know where to start with my oldest piece of crafty stash...loL I've got so much,
ReplyDeleteI am currently using my old stash up making cards with them. My oldest dates back to the early days when I first bought my Big Shot 9 years ago! I have so mamy of these bit's that I need to live to 150 to use them all, and that's only if I stop adding to them :o)

I still have things from when I first started crafting in 2007 they were beautiful items then, not sure I like them any more as the times have changed so much. Can't bring myself to get rid of them though. Maybe one day they will come back into fashion.
ReplyDeleteOh goodness me; how old is most of my stash lol!! I started crafting 9 years ago.
ReplyDeleteI made a resolution not to buy anything except essential about 3 years ago. I still haven't made a dent in my stash :-0
I've still got some decoupage I bought when I was first starting out.
ReplyDeleteI try to clear out the items I no longer use and have began using items that have been sat in my drawer for awhile and haven't gotten around to using or don't know how to.
The money I raise goes towards some yummy new stash!
Beautiful useful die though!
Hi I have loads of old bits in my stash and I am on a mission to use things up but it never quite works out like that. I do still use my oldest die it came with my Bigshot and cuts out hearts - so useful. Have a great weekend. Hugs Jackie
ReplyDeleteive never kept cutting pieces that long (lol)
ReplyDeleteI have however, kept papers for years, and have some in my stash that are probably 5 years old :D
Oh dear...I'm not looking at my stash...I found things I not seen for years in mine!!! Joolsx
ReplyDeleteI had a clear out last year so a lot of stuff was given away but I kept my chalks and some Perfect Pearls. The chalks I have used occasionally, the perfect pearls are still unused in the packaging. Oh and I kept all my rubber stamps and punches because they will always come in handy (or so I keep telling myself).
ReplyDeleteI have papers that are around 15 years old, just can't bring myself to use them. Just hopping by
