Old Tattered Lace Magazine dies

Tattered Lace magazines can be quite expensive, so I like to make sure that I use their freebie dies as often as possible. This cute elephant dates from April 2019 ( issue  65)  and has been used to make loads of new  baby cards

The pirate die and papers come from issue 71

This purple flower is from a more recent issue, 86. Its supposed to be a wild fuchsia , but to me looks more like a violet!

More Moroccan Tiles ...

Made a couple more cards with my new X-cut Moroccan Tile die - experimented using different colour schemes and themes.

As it is such a fiddly, intricate die I used spray adhesive to make it stick to the backgrounds.

Tattered Lace Magazine no 65 - Cute Elephant Die!

I don't often buy the Tattered Lace Magazine as it is one of the more expensive crafting  mags out there, but I couldn't resist the sweet little Baby Elephant die that came free this month!

It is ideal for birth congratulation cards as well as birthday cards for little children.

I also like the free downloads of the image  and backing papers in lots of different colours, so you can use it time and time again.

And with most tattered lace dies, you can snip bits off and decoupage it too!

3 Pink Elephants

I've had a pack of 3 glittered pink elephants with felt ears in my stash for ages, so thought it was about time I used them up - so have made 3 different birth congratulation cards

Each one is in a different style, size and layout,

But I think they are all quite cute!

Artist Trading Cards

I confess - I love making ATC's (Artist Trading Cards)! I started off just making them to use up those off-cuts from card making but have found I really like making those little bits of art work.

The size (3.5 inches by 2.5 inches) just seems to lend itself to creativity plus its a good way to stretch yourself into a bit of experimentation!

The hot weather seems to kick started my mojo, so these are a few I have available to swap over on docrafts.

Most of them had been made with the freebie stamps with Get Stamping Magazine that I picked up yesterday.

Elephants Parade

Just love this digi stamp of 2 little elephants with a flower and teddy bear - still trying to use up pieces of my stash, think this is going to be Mission Impossible!

Elephants Never Forget a Birthday!

I've been waiting for ages to use this cute little elephant button charm and thought he matched these free papers from Making Cards Magazine a treat!
