Lucky win!

I've been away on a 2 week holiday to Greece and came back to discover I had won 2 sets of  Clearly Whimsy Stamps from Making Cards Magazine.

Once I have finished all the washing and stocked up the fridge, I will have a play with them!

The First of Many!

I've had great fun sorting through and looking at all my new stash from Craftwork Cards (see last post). I especially like the retro 1960's 'flower power' style caravans, scooters and VW's from their Seaside Summer range.

There is stuff from many of their other ranges such as Bohemian Dreams, Vintage Ephemera and Noir de Luxe too.

I have lots of ideas buzzing around but not enough time!

One Die - Several Cards!

I treated myself to some back copies of the Tattered Lace magazine, as there was a '3 for the price of 2' offer on. Today I have been playing with the free Summer Pasture die from issue no 7.
I have enjoyed colouring it in with Promarkers and cutting it up for different effects. I hope to get a lot more use out of this die!

A Couple More 'All Our yesterdays' cards

It's been so cold recently that it seems strange to be making summery cards with these cute children on the beach - summer still feels a very long way off!

Went off to an auction today and spent far too much money, most of of the stuff is going straight on eBay.

But I am very tempted to keep several items including a cute little pair of racing glasses from the Jockey Club Paris, and a wooden bookslide decorated with a pair of camels. That's the fun of auctions, you never know quite what you will come home with!!!
