More Card Candy

Just a couple more birthday cards made with the stamp I posted about back in April with different coloured card candy dots and with a 5 x7 inch sized card.

Card Candy Galore

Back in 2010 I won a large box of Craftwork Cards Candy dots in assorted colours.  They have appeared in my blog over the years here, here and here
I did buy a Christmas tree stamp which uses them and featured that back in Nov 2023.  I  have just bought this Bubble Bloom flower  stamp off eBay to try and use up few more.
However, it only uses 16 per stamp (the smaller dots are Nuvo Drops), and I have hundreds to use up!

Latest batch of cards

This card was made with one of my more older, and favourite stamps from Woodware, 'gone to seed', and has appeared in my blog many times before!

This card was made with a freebie stamp - possibly from creative stamping magazine?

I thought this card would make a nice generic card for any adult.

Another Woodware Stamp

I also  recently bought this bubble bloom stamp with the 'get well soon' sentiments - always a useful addition to the stock. Filled in the circles with a selection of card candy and Nuvo drops again.

I've also made a couple of  garden bird themed birthday cards,  I'm still using up the watercolour wings topper pack that I bought back in 2019

Woodware Bubble Christmas Tree Cards

I did NOT need anymore Christmas stamps, but gave in and ordered the Bubble Christmas Tree stamp from Woodware!

I used the excuse that it would use up some of the odd buttons and Craftwork Card Candy that I had hanging around - which it has! I then used different Nuvo drops for the smaller circles

So I've tried it out using different colourways and backgrounds and think it will be useful addition to the stash

Jeepers Creepers - where d'ya been hiding those sneakers?

Eek! It's been over three years since I last used this Woodware stamp.

Don't know why, as its a great image for teenage birthdays - for both boys and girls!

These cards were all coloured using Promarkers, but I might make a couple with paper piercing like before.

A bit of heat embossing ...

I haven't done any heat embossing for ages , so it was time to get out the gold powder and heat gun!

This card was inspired by the blooms die and stamp set from this month Simply Cards & Papercraft Mag

I also dug out some old stamps that haven't seen the light of day for a long time!

I bought this  Woodware stamp 'Gone To Seed' back in 2013. It also featured on my blog in 2016. Plus it was also used on one of the most re-pinned cards I have on Pinterest!

Gone to Seed

It's been a long time since I got my heat gun out and did some embossing!
I love this delicate Woodware stamp 'Gone to Seed', and it comes out well if you use a fine embossing powder to bring out all of the details.

Jeepers Creepers- Where d'ya get those sneakers!

Well, from Woodware Stamps of course!

Although this stamp set has been out a year now, I never knew about it until I stumbled across it on Pinterest. There are some great cards made with it and lots of people have used  paper piecing to get a great effect, So I had a go too!

These are a couple of cards I have made for girl or boy teenagers - most of those I know, live in their Converse or Vans Shoes!

Monochrome Seed Heads

This is my new Woodware 'Going to Seed' magic stamp that was an impulse buy last weekend.

I tried stamping it out in several different inks but think these monochrome black and grey cards look the best -

especially when highlighted with a little stickles glitter glue!

I really shouldn't have but ....

I gave into temptation and bought the Papercraft Essentials magazine because of the cute woodware freebie Owl stamps! I thought I had stuck to my new years resolution to stop buying crafting stuff and use up more of my growing pile of stash but couldn't resist these stamps.

I had even managed to visit The Range last weekend and come out empty handed ( a first!) but knew these owls and papers would make some great looking cards.
